What does an off-grid system cost?
It depends on what you need to power. The biggest factors are your daily energy use, how many days of battery backup you want, whether a backup generator is included, and the layout of your site. Send us your details or give us a call, and after a quick chat we’ll give you a fixed, itemised quote.
What size system do I need?
We size every system from your appliances and how you use power through the day and across the seasons, with enough battery to carry you through cloudy spells and a generator to back it up. We’ll take you through a simple appliance list so nothing is missed.
Is a generator required for off-grid?
Yes. A generator is non-negotiable. Either provided by the customer or us, it provides a back-up alternative when the weather isn’t right.
Am I eligible for subsidies?
Yes. Systems we install are eligible for STCs (small-scale technology certificates), which reduce the upfront cost. We take care of the paperwork for you.
What warranty do I get?
A lifetime workmanship warranty, plus a 10-year parts warranty.
